Most packages will ship within 3-5 business days of completed order, unless item is back ordered.
Do I have to sign for a package?
Orders do not automatically require a signature for delivery. At their discretion, UPS or the Post Office may leave a delivery on your doorstep.

The package was damaged in shipping. Now what?
If it appears that your package has suffered damage during shipping, please refuse the delivery if possible. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the shipping company used to submit a claim.
I received a defective item. Now what?
Most electronic items come with a manufacturer’s warranty, and therefore those items are not returnable to us for credit or replacement. The manufacturer may also provide technical advice and remedies for operating issues.
Returns & Exchanges
General Return Policy
Mike’s Hobby wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you for any reason are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept returns within 3 days under the following conditions and guidelines:
1) Product must have been purchased direct from Mike’s Hobby and be unopened, unused, new condition in original packaging.
2) A dated and itemized sales receipt must accompany any product(s) returned to Mike’s Hobby.
3) Customers must contact Mike’s Hobby Customer Service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before sending any item in for return.
4) It is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping costs to return an item to Mike’s Hobby.
5) A 10% Restocking Fee may apply.
When should I insure my package?
For your own peace of mind and protection against loss, we recommend that you insure your return package back to us. We also recommend that you send it using some kind of tracking method. We are not responsible for any package that does not make it back to us.
